Processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days depending on the design and size.

Shipping times vary based on location. Local pickup in Toronto may be available upon request.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if your item arrives damaged or with a defect.

To request an exchange, please contact within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed, and a replacement will be provided when applicable.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
